Welter Room
Do you need a room for a social or business function? We have the perfect accommodations for everything from a birthday or graduation party to a meeting room for your local club or business organization.
The Welter Room, located in the Forest Park Golf Course Clubhouse, can seat up to 80 guests and is available year-round, except during designated golf events.
Room Rates

Room Setup
Round, rectangular, or a combination of tables
- Eight round tables, 60 inches in diameter
- Six rectangular tables, 72 inches long
Although alternate setups can be requested at the time of booking, the standard setup features:
- One rectangular beverage table
- One rectangular gift table
- Seven round tables with eight chairs at each table
- Two rectangular food tables
Restrictions
Decorations are allowed in the room, however, no taping, nailing, or pinning to the painted walls. Please do not use any sprinkles or glitter in the room.
Caterers are welcome or the renter may choose to bring their own food. No food shall be prepared on the premises.
Alcohol is limited to beer and wine coolers and must be purchase through the golf course. No alcohol can be brought on to the property.
